THE FOUNDER

  Yannick Lagarde is above all passionate and aware of the challenges a company must constantly overcome, with equal regard to the organisation of operations and human resources, and at which point these can become a source of tension.

   After more than 25 years of experience and expertise in large groups such as AkzoNobel or MAPEI, he decided to create Y15consulting, where like an alchemist he works within companies to transform what exists by making them more efficient, streamlined and by boosting performance.  He transforms companies  by improving their effectiveness, happiness and serenity, working together to create a more stable and profitable company.
