  Y15consulting uses our own tools and method developed and proven by experts.

  The pedagogical objective is to simplify the solutions and to make them accessible to everyone.

  We work in 4 steps :

STEP 1 : Orientation

  • Knowledge of the organization and the environment.

  • Identify the main possible optimization axes

  • Measure the major issues in relation to the company's strategy

STEP 2 : Diagnosis and analysis of the existing

  • Define the method adapted to the culture of the company.

  • Interviews with all stakeholders.

  • Reporting to the Top Management for VALIDATION of the diagnosis highlighting:

    • Main findings.

    • Areas for improvement.
    • Recommendations for Step 3.

STEP 3 : Looking for solutions

  • Deepen the axes of improvements validated in the previous step.

  • Organize workshops to find solutions shared by the Teams and the Management.

  • Define concrete action plans and associated planning.

STEP 4 : Implementation

  • Rapid implementation of short-term improvement solutions.

  • Support for change towards more structured methods

  • Personalized coaching.
